  1. I haven’t received a receipt from you. How can I get to my theme?
    Really sorry to hear you haven’t received your registration email. Assuming everything cleared correctly then to access your theme you can visit the accounts control panel and use the forgotten password request form to get the details. Also please remember to check your junk mail folder just in case the email has been filtered incorrectly.
  2. I need an invoice for the purchase, how can I get it?
    When you purchase something from Pro Theme Design you will receive an email with a receipt. In this there is a link to your order information.

    Click this link and then enter the email address you used to purchase the product, and then use the ‘view invoice’ link on the page you land on. You can also resend your receipt from this page.

  3. What payment options do you have?
    We offer as many payment options as we can, all of the standards are included, the most popular being credit card and paypal – however we also offer services like phone payments, money transfer, bank payments, and moneybookers. The payment options vary in each country but rest assured that we will always offer as many options as possible.
