Refund policy
We are happy to offer refunds, within 30 days of purchase, if your product is proven to have a technical issue outside of our control (eg server incompatibility).
Any bugs found within the software will be squashed as soon as possible, if they are not fixed within 30 days of being reported then we will offer a full or partial refund depending upon the severity of the issue.
We will not issue refunds based upon cosmetic concerns (eg dislike of color scheme). There are plenty of screenshots and demos available for all themes so this should be a non issue.
We realise there are often problems outside your control and are happy to consider each problem on a case by case basis.
